By clicking “I ACCEPT”, I hereby authorize Alliance Property Management of MI LLC to contact any sources deemed necessary to investigate my current and previous rental history, my current and previous employment history, my credit record, my police record (if any), and other statements made on this application. I authorize all persons and firms to release information about me upon presentation of this form (or a facsimile copy thereof) at any time.

I understand that this rental application will be attached to and become a part of any rental agreement into which I may enter. Any information shown hereon which is deemed to be inaccurate or incomplete will be grounds for immediate cancellation of any lease entered into on the grounds of fraud. Eviction on the grounds of trespass will ensue, I may be removed from the premises forthwith, and any money paid will be retained as actual damages.

I acknowledge that any Rental Deposit that I pay will be applied to my security deposit and/or first month’s rent upon approval of this application and execution of the rental agreement. If this application is approved and I fail to enter into a rental agreement, the rental deposit may be retained to compensate the landlord for costs and damages. If this application is rejected, the rental deposit shall be refunded to me.
